I like the basic design, but I can't get over how I hate the inside of its mouth. I know its to imitate an actual whale's llllll in their mouths, but it looks uncanny with it coming from the top AND bottom

The animations for Cetoddle are great!

To be fair, it has two things going for it that are making it relatively alright.
>Snow increases Ice type's Defense which somewhat helps.
>It can choose to not be an Ice-type with terastalization and skirt around the issue entirely

It's good in National Dex Monotype. A team mate with Snow Warning + Aurora Veil makes it bulky enough to reliably get off a Belly Drum with a Sitrus Berry.

I like that Cetitan is unabashedly WEIRD but I almost think it would be better without legs. It could "swim" in snow and us the giant flippers as feet to waddle on land

one of the only Gen 9 mons that have the actual "monster" feel to it, it's a whale but lives in mountains and has legs, it's not a generic whale with ice.

I fucking love Cetitan. In my top 10 fav mons easily. I liked a lot of Gen 9's dex actually. The games themselves had good ideas but not so good execution, but I hope GF tries a better open world again and we see Cetitans swimming about.
