>>53918900I don't really like Seel but I always thought Dewgong looked kind of elegant in the way that certain Gen 1 mons do, ex. Ninetales or Articuno. I never actually used one, even though I remember trading for CEZANNE back in Yellow.
Also after replaying Gen 1 recently, Lorelei's Dewgong is really fucking obnoxious if you're way underleveled and have nothing super effective, possibly the worst out of the entire Elite Four. Uses Rest a lot and will never run out of PP since it's Gen 1. My strategy ended up being putting it to sleep before it coulduse Rest itself just to keep some damage on it.
