Most ghosts don't get that. Outside of Gengar becuase KANTOOOOOOO, most of tthose who get it are either part-fighting, or have non-ghost regional forms who get it.

Yes and focus blast.
Wallbreaking sets are going to be a lot better, but with all the powercreep from gen 9 it still probably won't be that good.
