What are your thoughts on a new smeargle evolution, with a reasonable stat increase and Protean as it's ability. I think it would be neat for a Smeargle only run.

evolution condition could be something like leveling up in a party with all unique types or getting hit by x amount of typed damage? and maybe its evolved form is missing an ear like van gogh
