It's entirely disingenuous to call Toedscool or the Paradoxes akin to the fucking Nidos or Genie trio. I might give you the Lake Spirits since their literal only difference in any context is their hairstyle, but every single other comparison you made falls flat on its face because they're all drastically different from each other in one form or another.
Their similarities are also thematic and tie into their counterparts instead of just being lazy dogshit that gets away with it by riding off an older design and making minimal changes.
Even Slither Wing, one of the more creative Paradoxes as I said before, is still just a Volcarona with spikier horns, some more fluff, and a tail. Nothing like Nidoqueen, which has an entirely different body structure, color scheme, defining aspect and evolutionary line, nor the genies which are all- at the VERY least- totally different colors with different tails and different hair. If you include Enamorus, they have more differentiation between them than all of the Paradoxes do from their original counterparts combined.
