Also I count 21 supporters, what the fuck? Most decks run around 11 supporters. When possible replace supporters with other cards that do a similar effect, like Miriam with super rod, Worker with a relevant stadium like lost city, Nemona with on-board card draw, etc.
Potion is just bad, replace it with Penny, Cheryl, fighting au lait, and other better healing options. Since you're tanking with a basic, switching cart is better than switch too.
I also don't see the point in VIP pass when you have so few mons, I'd run hyper balls instead.
You need ways to draw cards, with engines like Kirlia or Bibarel. Kirlia can be searched by level ball like Kricketune, so maybe it's the preferred one? If so then I guess VIP is fine.
With VIP and Cheryl you could try strange behavior Slowbro with emergency jelly and maybe Garganacl too.
Also you want to increase your odds of Gardenia turn 1, with a Lumineon V or pokegear. You can use other means of acceleration, like Arceus V Foretress ex.
