Yes Scrappy let’s it hit super effective with STAB but a lot of Pokémon can do that.
It isn’t even the best counter out of the H. Starters since H. Samurott flat out resists both its STABs, as super effective STAB against it, and outspeed. And thigh H. Typhlosion can freely switch in, it can can at least check it due to having has two super effective STABs and being much faster, and Frisk surprisingly has a use since can be used to scout for scarfs.
It’s an okay mon, just weird that this is thing being hyped up as THE Gholdengo-killer
