Ledian and non-mega Beedrill are my favorite mons, they barely work in the VANILLA games. I welcome any romhack that gives them some stat boost & ability changes to work with & a proper moveset.
Gamefreak's goal should be to make every mon usable, and if some Hacker takes the time to fix every mon in the Pokedex you should be thankful your pool just increased in the hundreds.
Now your final team won't be something like Dragonite / Gengar / Lucario / Zoroark / Tyranitar / Garchomp, but can instead be anything.
Typing still plays a big part, and stats are rarely boosted into being top tiers, but at least mons you'd never ever use in the main games become usable.
Stantler, has anyone ever used the deer? Probably a dozen people on this entire board have ever used a Stantler, but I have no doubts he can be played in Drayano hacks and beat the League with him.
