Also has to be something that doesn't already have a Mega, can't be a stone evolution (allegedly), didn't get a regional (which is just another way of "revisiting" the design), and preferably it would be an "underrated" mon as well. My personal picks based on what I want and what I think "qualifies"

Compare that to things which I actually think don't qualify, like Pangoro or Ninetales who feel thematically "complete." Something like Pangoro shows the full transition from ruffian to delinquent, where else is there to go but "just gets bigger"? But Heliolisk from the same Generation has a lot of potential to further explore the frilled lizard/solar cell design, whether that's through a new evo, a Paradox or whatever where it can have a fresher look and even get a type change or tweak to its "flavor." Annihilape further expanded on the lore of Primeape being so angry it could die and subtly does things like break the manacles or tap into the "rageful spirit" business, and in retrospect you can kind of see why or where they got the ideas for the new evos from. So I think you can sort of get into the headspace of knowing which ones are more likely than others.
