Lopunny meat would undoubtedy be a bitch to get. You'd be paying fortunes for people to go and hunt wild ones or you'd have to go through the struggle of finding a wild one yourself.
Because they evolve from friendship the idea of farming them would be a pain in the ass too, or there might be some sick twisted farmers somewhere that trick them into evolving before butchering them.
I don't know much about meat either but isn't fattier animals tastier? Honestly it'd be more likely that you'd have a better time eating a Diggersby or Bunnelby. Buneary might not be so bad I guess.
