Sapphire is my first and I will not apologize for it holding a special place in my heart. In addition, you are a soulless nigger for trying to imply that's not a perfectly valid reason to like something. Emerald touches up some rough edges and is overall the most captivating pokemon experience for me (also because I can play it on my phone). Pearl is forgettable and a slog. I liked that your Pokémon walk behind you in Heart Gold, but other than that, same as pearl. I invested the most time into Black 2, close to 400 hours if I remember correctly, But ironically White is my favourite. Maybe because it was the first one I bought for myself, but for whatever reason, if I look back on my pokemon phase the game that got closest to perfection for me is White.
