i remember it as a fairly mediocre pokemon that was disproportionately obtuse to obtain
i used it recently in pokemon black post game as a swift swim waterfall pokemon. it was ok

This thing has become the next Lumineon/Maractus/Qwilfish in terms of people constantly mentioning how forgotten it is and therefore making it less forgotten. If people keep mentioning how a Pokemon is forgotten, then you tend to not forget it.
