Talonflame's still good in both singles and doubles so I think they were right to nerf it

GW shpuld work at above 25% Hp.
That would be balanced enough.
In turn Talonflame should get a number of moves tho:
>Blaze kick/Fire punch
>Doubke kick/Jump kick/High jump kick

Or a stat buff (Atk/SpA up to 100).
