I really love the HGSS Cherrygrove City/Mahogany Town theme. They could've left it as a simple 30 second loop, but they turned it into a fully fledged track with extra sections and I think they did an excellent job with this one, despite what people say about the HGSS soundtrack as a whole. It really captures that "final stop in the neighbouring town before your adventure begins" feel.
