Both of them are broken Pokemon that were only balanced because they had shit coverage, or in eleki's case no coverage. When you fix that one weakness holding them back by giving them a 80 power move that can be any type you want then they obviously become ban worthy. This alone is not a argument for the tera gimmick being uncompetitive.
