Only 100 slots available, could have had more ghosts and dragons to justify having gyms for those types, could have had evolutions for the single stage gen2 pokemon to justify how rare they are, but game freak decided that putting on babies that even they themselves hate were somehow made sense.
And despite having 7 of the damn things not one of them is a calf to go with Tauros and Miltank, nor one for Kangaskan. The only two ideas for baby pokemon would have made a lick of sense just pissed away, in place of making the small pink blob things even smaller, pinker, and bobber.
Just why?
