Isn't the entire point of a challenge run to do it on a game you already like and are trying to spice up a new playthrough? It's not impossible, but it requires getting lucky with your nuzlocke captures, and keeping a signature that is at best extremely situational in single-player, and on top of that having it as one of your strongest pokémon if you don't expect it to be one-shot by Ultra Necrozma.

...except in SM/USUM Topsy-Turvy is in fact not that situational, considering mechanics of Totem battles. Starting all fights against Totems with Topsy-Turvy (with Focus Sash for safety when you obtain it) is legit thing to do.
