Forget if the busted as fuck following mons were promoted but there was the item shit and such. And this was during sword; a gen where they didn't show trailers for jack shit mostly.
The new legendaries don't match up numerically to the number of "mon/forms" per DLC either; so the excuse that there's four mons and thats it isn't likely.
