The fire wisp coming off its back does make me think it belongs in the Pyrosprita section with the Charcadet line and Volcanion, leaning towards the former over the latter.

However I'd probably put it adjacent to the Buizel and Oshawott lines as part of the Otter family given its appearance, it's hard to tell but the base line doesn't have the distinctive back arch of a weasel so I'd go with otters over
weasels.It's also obviously too long-bodied to be a badger or a wolverine.
