Weird how Gen 1-6 are all very different from each other and then the next generations are like:

>Dark types are immune to prankster
>Psychic Terrain now exists
>.....

As a person that didn't like legends that much honestly, but enjoyed the novelty, I am scratching my head why they didn't implement the change from frozen to frostbite, to have a special version of burn, IT IS SO SMART IMO, yet they decided to add snowscape to shake up the type...

I think it's because SV was developed really close to LA and there wasn't enough time to implement it. Which is dumb because how hard is it to make an ice-type burn? We'll probably get frostbite in Gen 10

but special attackers are always seen as higher value than physical because there isn't any way to counter them outright like you can with burn with non fire/non guts pokemon. I do think we need a version of assault vest for defense boosts, but i think that is a fever dream now that we have moves like body press. (also rock should have a typed version of body press imo)
