So thats a ?. But realistically no. Champion Rank might very well be a "Paldea gimmick", which she does not come from. DLC2 will probably be postgame so there's some leeway, but I really doubt it.
Especially if its incredibly localized and most DLC characters are from Kitakami(which might be the case; the punk character featured in DLC2 shares clothing with a lot of characters in DLC1 footage). Kitakami will probably not have any reference to leagues.
And Blueberry itself definitely won't have a league.
