Why the F U C K are they not in the DLC?? They really act like we're friends for life in the base game and then immediately discard them the moment we go somewhere else?? This DLC fucking sucks, I want to see them again

You can play the first DLC before completing the story in the main game so it's definitely not a passage of time thing

Are Gamefreak's writers and producers retarded? I don't just mean short-sighted, I mean are they LITERALLY mentally stunted in some capacity? Why the fuck would they put so much emphasis on the cast they're shoving down player's throats and then not even fully fucking utilize them?

Yeah this. I don't fucking get it. Especially cause the game itself even puts an emphasis by calling them "cherished friends" and "adventures we will never forget" and whatnot. Why write any of this if you don't expect the player to feel like that? Now it just feels fake as fuck. It fucking sucks
