>starters>regional bird/rodent/bugs>other various mons in roughly ascending strength and relative order in which you'll encounter them>rare/exotic pokemon (one-off gifts like lapras/eevee/porygon, fossils, etc)>pseudo-legendaries>minor/sub-legendaries>major legendaries>mythicalsSo just do that but from all regions; i'd bunch all the starters of the same type together for aesthetics (so Bulbasaur-Venusaur > Chikorita-Meganium > Treeko-Sceptile etc. and then Charmander-Charizard > Cyndaquil-Typhlosion, etc) and then just the rest of them in regional order, with regional forms/evos added in alongside their original forms
