In the beginning, if you haven't become Champion, she has a Poochyena in her first encounter and a Mightyena or evo in the last encounter.
But if you HAVE become Champion, she may start off with a Mightyena and reveal the evo in the last encounter.
Plus, just because they don't show it right away doesn't mean that its not there. Still plenty of time between now and release for new trailers.
First trailer showing off the areas, second could be showing off new Pokemon, and a third being slight story hints.
Now is it LIKELY? I dunno, but I wouldn't say its impossible.
