Probably a dumb question, but is it possible to legitimately get the Urshifu form you didn't pick in SwSh? I want to use one for VGC on cart; assuming they don't make him obtainable in the upcoming DLC.

I don’t think so. Players are locked into one Scroll/Tower for Kubfu evolutions in Isle of Armour. SV later implemented both Scrolls as obtainable Key Items.

you have 3 options
>inject in SV/SWSH
>use a twitch bot or similar to get one
>go to the gts and look for the form you're looking form and inject/ bot the pokemon the other person is looking for to get a "legal" one

Assuming you have both DLC, start a new file on a different profile, progress through the game until you can fight Peony, lose, go do the Dynamax Adventure anyway, and then proceed to roll through the game with a level 70 Suicune or whatever else you decided to capture there. Make sure you pick the other tower in IoA.
