I can kind of forgive the likes of Elekid, Magby, Smoochum. Fine, their evolved forms are fairly strong, and this is a decent way of having chance to use them.
Shit like igglybuff, Cleffa,Azurill and ESPECIALLY fucking Chingling are absolutely pointless, there's no excusing them. Nobody even cares about them outside their shitty battling capabilities, they are never bought up in any situation other than to point out how worthless they are, so they may as well not exist.
