The most minor thing is changing illuminate to work like Keen Eye
We also are getting at least 30 new TMs with the DLC, something to get with the new pokemon materials I assume. Its unknown how many of these are new and how many are returning.
The biggest thing is something involving Mew, stating that Mew is going all out to battle this opponent. Given Khu responding to this with a pic of Mewtwo and the change to the mightiest mark Matt tweets about later on, we can guess that this may be some sort of special story raid event where you team up with Mew to fight Mewtwo, maybe for the 25th anniversary of the 1st pokemon movie.
