Twitter might be good at keeping it's users scrolling but falls apart as soon as you dig just a little bit deeper, like every other algorithmically driven social media site catering to normies
Artists almost always don't even bother to label their pieces because followers don't need it and the algorithm will do it's own thing anyway
The algorithm probably doesn't even know or care what's in your picture as long as it can make a connection between it and a topic of interest to shove it into other people's timelines
If you are looking for something specific you have to dig through a huge mess of random data, not to mention that you are now also completely fucked by rate limits
The best option might unironically be to dig through image boards or maybe random discord servers instead
