There's a reason why Celebrations ETBs are hovering around 70-80 and why most other SWSH regular release ETBs are hovering around 30-40
There's a reason why the Celebrations UPC is the benchmark for SWSH item desirability
There's a reason why every time there's a current restock of the Celebrations Lance's Charizard box at brick and mortar stores, they get snapped up while FS, ST, BS, SV, PE promo boxes all sit and rot
All that to say, I don't think Celebrations is being "overprinted", I think there's still a healthy demand for it and TPCI is just matching demand. It's being printed just the right amount
