Many of the older abilities just do one thing and oftentimes that thing isn't helpful. Meanwhile newer abilities tend to do a lot of things. So, let's buff some older ones to be better

Now also provides a Filter meets Fur Coat like effect where physical damage is decreased but the user takes extra damage from their weaknesses (2.2x instead of 2x). Still doubles weight.
