I can't speak for Salamence, Nidoking, and Deoxys, but Tyranitar and Hydregion are pretty explicitly kaiju references.

Deoxys is a bit of a stretch and Salamence is too but I can see it on both to the point if it came out the designs were inspired it'd make perfect sense. The only one I'll give you outright is that Tyranitar/Bangiras might just be a more general kaiju reference, but the most immediate and obvious one people saw with "big green bipedal dinosaur monster" was Godzilla.

Bulbapedo is afraid of spreading misinformation to an absurd degree. They can't even say with authority that "Talonflame" comes from "talon" and "flame". They need to add the "may be".

To be fair, Bemular is based on Godzilla. He existed as a stand-in for Godzilla so Ultraman could kick his ass and say Ultraman is stronger than Godzilla, basically.
So Tyranitar is technically based on Godzilla, but by a degree of separation.
