>>54037404i was looking at their stats and they could do a few niche things in OU, though they would be outperformed, their abilities and movepools are kind of weak, but the stats are not too terrible, mixed sweepers often struggle because the specialized mons just do their roles so much more efficiently, but i think the monkey mons are very underappreciated. being able to catch them immediately in X Y was pretty cool imo, to round out your typing early on.
