I love Maril and want to shill it as much as possible. As such I’d like to use it as a springboard for a thread about Lets Go style partner pokemon. All of those starters are first stage (or originally first stage) pokemon with somewhere in the early 300 range or lower BST. They should also be small enough to ride on your shoulder but it’s technically not required. Take any first stage pokemon you like, add 110 to its BST however you want, and if you feel like it slap on a signature move or two.
