Grass has Pokémon that can abuse both sun and rain through abilities and solar beam/synthesis which benefit heavily from sun. No dedicated weather. If I had to make one it would be a pollen outbreak or something that lies the evasion of nongrass types and boosts grass moves.

Fire types thrive in sun but are crippled in rain. Water types are the same boosted in rain but crippled in sun. Grass is in between. Mainly it is made for sun since grass types have multiple moves and abilities that work with sun teams. But it can also have good synergy on rain teams since the fire weakness is removed and it's a good switch in for electric/grass type attacks that water is weak to.
