Sinnoh - Cult-like behavior from the team to ensure Cyrus could achieve his perfect world. They commit ecological crimes mostly, from what I remember -- i.e. blowing up one lake and kidnapping the lake trio and ripping reality a new space-hole.
Unova - Outwardly stealing peoples' pokemon, trying to make pokemon usage a political statement for the layman so Ghetsis can control all the pokemon and rule the world.
