It doesn’t need a nerf.
I do think that bug should be neutral to ghost though. and supereffective against fairy.

Don't give it busted signature moves and it would be fine. Both types are generally kept in check by Ghost having no good physical moves and Fighting-type special attackers having to rely on Focus Blast.

There. Fixed it. Now you can pivot around it easier if you don't have a Bug type.

Rage Fist and Spectral Thief are both some of the strongest moves in the entire series.

Those are both signature moves.
You could say Annihilape and Marshadow are busted, but that doesn't make Fighting/Ghost fundamentally broken.
