Another one that I believed was Iono being the gym leader who was also an e4 member back when Kaka first leaked about that because she had Magnemite hair clips, and that Khu posted a batch of Pokemon hinting at what Pokemon she´ll terastalize, one of the options being Bronzong, with her jacket resembling the shape of a Bronzong as well. So I was guessing that her using the Magnemite line and terastaliizng Bronzong would easily transition into a steel e4.
And now that I look back after the game came out, I also realized her hair splits into 2 similar to how Tinkaton´s hair splits into 2. So I wonder if that might´ve originally been the case since Poppy was likely the last e4 designed since she appears the least in the game out the e4.
