It's perfectly within their capability to have Whites in future regions, the way red and blue are version exclusive. It also doesn't change type so it isn't a regional

Yet it's not a regional but rather a new stripe, and we had stripes before. It's the equivelent of only giving red or blue the evolution. Basculin will appear in future games, which is the funny part. You'll be eating your stupid words.

How does that prove that it's a regional? We're talking about catchability, not being programmed in or not. And I'm saying not every Pokemon is always catchable in every game after its introduction. Therefore, all it takes is one non-hisuian game to have White CATCHABLE to prove to you that it isn't a regional. It's not like breeding or lack of a new type is enough to go by already, anyway....
