Playing Blaze Black for the first time. I’m going to bed soon, so here’s my team as of right now. Pidgeotto and Graveler are only temporary. The ones with the nicknames are what I’m keeping.

Started playing platinum. Eterna city gym coming up and caught a misdreavus and murkrow. Gonna probably get rid of buizel and luxio later on for something better. Thinking about getting a gible next, maybe spiritomb since no weaknesses?

Scrafty, Lilligant/Leavanny, Krookodile, Conkeldurr, Seismitoad, Archeops, Reuniclus… Haxorus in-game might be the most dominant Pokémon, that or Garchomp. Might make things too easy.

I hate the Gen 5 starters so I typically will put a starter from a different Gen (I usually mystery egg it).

Tried out a bunch of mons I never used in gen 1 before.

A powerhouse in the early game and super fang is fun to use on the tanky elite 4 mons.

It was better than i expected. With dig/earthquake it can safely battle other poison types. I didn't get as many opportunities to use toxic/wrap as i hoped though.

Every bit as awful as i expected. SubMISSion.
>Slowbro
It's cool that you can catch an underleveled one at route 23. All you need is the super rod and the first four badges. Only 80 special is a letdown so Amnesia is a must.
>Tangela
Much better than I expected. Since Tangela isn't part poison and has a very high special, it's safe to set up sleep powder against Alakazam.
>Aerodactyl
Didn't get as many crits as I hoped but still pretty good.
