>>54086959Here are a few thoughts then:
>Seamitar BladeAn 80bp physical Water move that sets up a Counter -- if Samurott is attacked before its next turn, it will take 0.75x damage and immediately counter back at 1.25x damage. It will look something like this...
"Samurott used Seamitar Slice!"
(deals damage)
"Samurott prepares for an attack..."
(enemy attacks, Samurott takes damage)
"Samurott counters the attack!"
(enemy takes damage again)
>Seaspray SurgeA 65bp physical Water move that sets up Light Screen via all the water that was sprayed into the air and created a "light screen" through its diffraction of light. Weaker because setting up screens off a damaging move is kind of busted. ALTERNATIVELY this can set up Rain after dealing damage.
I'd also give Samurott the moves Wave Crash and Hyper Voice as well as switch its Hidden Ability from Shell Armor to either Justified, Inner Focus, Defiant, Stalwart or Swift Swim. Any of those are far more useful in their own way
