Looks like Charmander, loses the leaf tail in the end, random spikes, middle stage grows then loses the crest thing, last stage doesn't go far enough in the plant or metal direction and ends up looking like it's just two themes mashed together with no thought. Not trying to shit all over you if this is yours, it has potential. The second stage headpiece should extend and grow instead of being replaced, the spikes might look better if they stay like the first two stages with metal edges, and it needs to keep the leaf at the end of the tail. I don't know about the wings. The general shape and idea is good.
