She a whiny childish woman who scared of nearly everything cries when the slightest thing goes wrong. She trains baby pokemon because most other pokemon wouldn't bother to put up with her.
Also her pokemon are stuck as babies because she's just that bad of a trainer.
Colors
Hair, dress and shoes are pink, polka-dots are blue.
I've been wanting to do a babymon trainer for a while but it took me a while to design her, I wanted her to look her "babyish" while still being an adult. I didn't want do something stupid like put her in a diaper, that would be cringy and kind of embarrassing.
