Scyther is based on a praying mantis, you absolute retard. Scyther doesn't have the spring-like legs like Lokix have, which is a characteristic of a grasshopper, hence the name "hopper".

I don't really know what Kamen Rider is outside of some Japanese weird meme shit like Power Rangers or Ultraman and I don't give a shit about those things and I think they are lame. I don't even know what he is referencing honestly, that he is a bug? Lokix is one of my favorite new Pokemon, he's fucking great just in a vacuum.
