It learns Acrobatics. Anyway, it just depends if he uses Acrobatics or something else for coverage. He either gets cucked by fighting types or by steel types, no exception.

Nothing gets it. Most of those tutor moves were removed from learnsets but not the game itself.
They'll probably be TMs in the DLC.

Rillaboom not having what was never there to begin with doesn’t mean it was removed. It only means it still needs move tutor to learn the move like it always did

Soundproof is pointless, Boomburst is doing shit damage with 60 base special attack and ghost types exist if you want to be immune to it. Just use one of the many good fighting types.

Even a Pokemon with bad special defense like Iron Hands is taking roughly the same damage from Drum Beating. Raids don't have EVs and it's unlikely to have a +spattk nature, so a stat as bad as 60 isn't going to scale well. I think it'll have Boomburst for flavor reasons but I can't see it doing anything to make the fight more difficult.
