The Pokeball had limited interaction with SwSh at least. It's the classic GF move of introducing a device, and then dropping it immediatly after. Yes, I'm still mad about the PokeWalker.

I thought I would get future use out of it or at the least I would use it to replay Let's Go. Well only worked with SwSh to take Pokemon for walks and I hate Let's Go, so that was a mistake.

Classic GameFreak. They introduce gimmicks, make you think they'll be used again, and then never follow up.

I mean, atleast Dreamworld and the Pokewalker worked for the ENTIRE generation, and had good reason to not be forwards/backwards compatible. This is just a controller.

Pokéwalker was Ishihara/TPC's idea lads. You can tell by the way Game Freak dropped it, they weren't the ones who came up with the idea. They never support TPC's ideas beyond token lip service (asspull not getting added until after Gen 6, then deleting it entirely on the species' re-appearance).
