They need to give the old regis those STAB boosting abilities too. If they don't want to remove Slow Start it at least could use some buff like taking damage reduces the number of turns or something.

If I remember correctly the biggest reason why they're so shit is because they lack a recovery move to really make good use of their high defenses. I guess back then it might have made them balanced but now it just seem silly that they don't get recover, same thing with Garchomp still not getting Dragon Dance
