So I found this forum and the rom hack known as Pokemon Clover on a different website, and I think it's actually pretty good. I'm currently in Gadech City, and my starter pokemon was Arabomb (pretty handy in the initial starting area), and I recently fake traded one of my weaker pokemon for Voldemort (seems pretty handy with his ability to teleport to poke centers).

Anyone got any advice for someone more or less just starting out in this game? I saw a few comments elsewhere saying that cheating is a bad idea (your character will literally end up getting the rope), but aside from that, it seems so far to be a mostly straightforward Pokemon game. Not entirely sure I would let a 10 year old play this hack, especially if they attended a public school and could get canceled for quoting some of the stuff in here, but so far it seems like a fun game.
