But when they go toe to toe with legendaries, they usually walk into those situations on accident and happen to be strong enough to handle them.
Rei/Akari is the only protagonist who was literally handpicked by Arceus to sort shit out. Across all of time and space, Arceus thought Rei/Akari was the best choice. That's gotta count for something.
