The negative response to people wanting the national dex back might have been the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen the Pokecommunity do.
Pokemon are content. The ability to transfer all your pokemon foward to the next games was pretty much the only thing making Pokemon worthwhile compared to other monster franchises. TPC and Game Freak should be thankful BBND cared enough about this pathetic series to offer constructive criticism rather than jump ship and move on a better franchise. Game Freak lied about why the dexcut even happened and AntiBBNDexers formed solely out of spite and sent death threat to BBNDers.

You have the original dexcut announcement where they said it was for competitive and to focus on individuality.
The games work the same way as they always did, by standarizing the entire roster(heck, they added a slowbro version whose evo method is still unrelated to Shellder) and competitive works the exact same way it always did to the point they had to make a season where the most used mons were banned(plus the fact they banned mons at all proving mons can be filtered of course).

You have a fuckton of direct contradictions that were pointed out multiple times. You just don't like that it makes GF look bad.

X/Y and SuMO were both laughably centralized to the point that there was an acronym CHALK for the most common team type before restricted Pokemon were even available, you have no idea what you are talking about Swsh was a massive step up.

That's not what it means retard, even if the mons are not in comp they still take dev time away from every other area (including comp balance) since you have to bug test them, update their models etc. That is what they were saying, the exact specifics (actually that's a skeleton no it's a texture but people still use the good Pokemon) don't matter.

This is correct, but the loss of national dex is inexusable and the final straw that made me stop buying mainline pokemon, period. I have not played a single switch pokemon game. 7th gen was scuffed but at least it had all the pokemon. Being able to transfer all of your pokemon forward natively thanks to all of the pokemon being coded into the games was the least shitfreak could do, and now they can't even do that.
