I can appreciate some guro, but those wounds are far too clean. Looks like one of the sparky dogs have a guillotine for a mouth.
The wound should be torn, not cleanly cut. Also if you wanted to extend the suffering, you could cauterize the wounds due to the electric bites, having them be burned stumps.
All in all, very amateurish. Hiding a lack of skill behind supposed shock value. A connoisseur of the macabre like myself would not be remotely impressed by this angsty drawing.
